Muay Thai Kickboxing

Real striking, no ego

Muay Thai Kickboxing is a beginner-friendly striking program that teaches proper technique, movement, balance and conditioning. Students learn punches, kicks, knees, footwork, defense and combinations in a structured, supportive class.

Our program is inspired by Muay Thai, the national sport of Thailand, and includes practical elements of Boxing and American Kickboxing. Students do not have to fight or spar to participate, and beginners are welcome at any time.

I’ve been training at Bellicose MMA since I was 13 years old in 2015, and now at 23 I’m still proud to be a part of this amazing community! I currently train in both Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, and the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about what they do.

As for adult classes, I enjoy their Self-defense class, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Thai Kickboxing, and Body Blast (Boot Camp). They also have special events for kids every now and then, their favorite was NERF WARS!
